2006 dodge ram 2500 ctd 4wd q-cab

my truck quit last week and the dealer repaired it,when i got it back it seemed to run fine,but the rpm's don't rap up as fast as they used to,especially from 2500-3000.the dealer replaced the (tipm)totally integrated power module,and is noted on paper work that the pump puts out 550 ml.any info would be appreciated,
