help superchip/will not start

I was trying to change from performance to tow haul and now it will not start. It keeps giving these codes/directions
1 Locked recovery mode press next
2 turn ignition on
3 erasing current program
4 programming file 1
5 retrying programming session
Keeps doing this over and over again and truck will not start. is there a way to reset the ecm or something i am not at all satisfied with superchips right now. any help greatly appreciated. thanks in advance
