FASS install Northern Virginia HELP!

I am running into problem after problem getting this FASS on my 03. I cannot get the supply line off the tank, pushing the tabs does nothing. Trying to make a long bed bracket work on a short bed truck is also a joy.

Getting close to desperate since I need this heifer running by Monday. If anyone could lend me a hand this weekendI would be eternally grateful. I am in South Riding outside of Chantilly.
