Help Bleeding Brakes?!?

I changed the master cylinder on my ’95 with anti-lock. I can’t get all the air out of the brakes – the petal is still spongy. I bench bled the master cylinder until there were no more bubbles. Then I bled the right rear first, then the rear left, then the front right, then the front left . Does anybody know a trick to get all the air out of the system? I have tried with a vacuum pump, but have had no success. Thanks in advanc
