Looking For Help With Vp44

Hey guys, I was wondering if any of you could help me out. With 150k on my truck, I think my fuel pump is failing. It's getting hard to start especially while out running errands with several stops. For several months the FP gauge was showing 2-3 psi, then lately it's 13-15 psi. I replaced lift pump around 140k when I installed the gauges and found I had no fuel pressure, but I don't know how long it had been that way. Anyone know where I can get one at a descent price? Also, I live in Mesa AZ and would like to find a good diesel mechanic in the area.
Thanks for your help!!
