spindle rt side

this morning i took out a front outer bearing and it appears that the id race is welded to the spindle. dose anybody know how much and were the best source to get one for a in socal LA area.

my truck is a 92 1 ton duly with what appears to 3500 + LB spindle

thank for any help you all can provide and i hope the is the right place to ask.
