white smoke at idle when warm and....

the saga continues and irp is right around the corner....

the truck is smoking white at a idle when fully warm.. more so in drive sitting still.. but has been noticed then driving. the last urcurranance was last night, coming home from a members house. 20 minute drive and pull into the gas station. leave it running and go in and get a drink. come back out and put it in drive and back up.. white smoke out the stacks.. pulled off to the side and tried to get a wiff, but couldnt.. it does it more when in drive at idle then in neutral, but still does it. it is noticable in the daylight, but moreso in the dark under lights.
since this problem has started... ive changed the vp to a hr. changed the injectors from 100 to 125's and swapped the turbo out to another hx35.. i had front to back play...
is it the headgasket? a sensor? i have no codes and really no driveability issues either... i have no coolant oil mix in either that i can tell.
this problem has been coming and going for the last 2 months and want to fix it..
but do i take it to irp? or leave it at home? before i ruin something..
please help!!!!
