Question 47RE will not shift out of 1st

We have a 2002 with an auto that will not shift out of first gear until we drain the battery down to 10 volts. After we drain the battery & jump start the truck - it will shift normal until the battery is fully charged & the truck turned off. When it is restarted with a charged battery - it will not shift. It seems like it has something to do with the key cycle or ecm power up. The trans was modified by a DTT authorized shop app 2 years & 20,000 miles ago - so we haven't been able to take it back to them. The shop is a couple hundred miles away. It has worked excellent up until about 2 weeks ago. We have changed the pressure solenoid, pressure sensor, speed sensor, APPS, fluid & filter. Called DTT several times - verified the voltages at the noise filter etc. Has anyone experienced anything similar?????????
