Lift pump failure

This should be no big deal as I'm in my driveway & I have a FASS HPP to put in but I'm stuck on step one. Pulling the fuel line off the tank module. Is this possible without lifing the bed or dropping the tank? With a mirror, I can see the tow little blue plastic tab I have to squeeze but for the life of me I can get my fingers on only one of them. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.
