Losing fuel pressure with retrofit factory pump and FASS???

Ok so my fuel gauge hasn't worked for about 3 years now and I just use my odo to keep track of fuel burn. I am almost at the end of my warranty (100k) so I figured I'd go ahead and get the sender replaced. Well they ended up doing the lift pump retrofit and now my fuel pressure slowly (over about 15 seconds) drops to zero and holds there for like 10 seconds. Then it'll slowly (same amount of time...15 seconds) climb back up and hold at normal 13-14 for another 10 seconds and repeat. I haven't run it much because of this (only about 10 min tops but it has died after sitting at 0 for like 5-10 seconds a couple of times. I can hear the FASS running but it sounds like it is slurping, like air or something?
I took it back to Dodge and they said, "It is the aftermarket parts on the truck, its not getting enough fuel to keep the truck running". I said it dies at idle though and they said that its just not getting enough fuel for the twins.
Keep in mind when I took it there it was with the Comp off and the stock programming in the ECM, not the SMARTY.
What do I do?!?!?
HELP
