Help!! Friend broke down!!

95 auto cummins,, tach goes to zero,tranny comes out of over drive,all the idiot lights come on in the dash and the charging stops charging..

This is a friend thats stuck in Colorado,,If anyone has any ideas as to what may be the problem please pm me.. Thanks for your help!

I was thinking it might be the power control mudule???
