Dead Dodge

I have a 1999 3500 4x4,auto ,cant get it going !! Just got it, relocated lift pump with draw straw,worked great for 2 weeks,shut it off ,tried to start it
no go.
Problem seems to be lift pump not running.Checked wiring /extension to pump.
Sometimes pump will run for second when key turned on.
Bump starter,pump does not run.
Ran 12v from battery to pump,runs but is a bit noisy. Have a new one on way.
Checked fuses in dash panel,all ok.
Looked over fuses & links under hood , appear ok
Switched fuel heater/diesel relay with trailer relay( same type) ,no change.
Swapped fuel system relay with horn, no change !
I would really like to get to get this thing going !!
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
