Exclamation Need pointer's for installing 3rd gen turbo alone

Hey first off I ripped the oil return line gasket and need a new one, I was going to use some paper and silicone but I dont think I can sleep at night knowing that I rigger up a gasket on my truck. So I guess I need the Cumming part numbers.

2nd was told to remove the inner fender well to make the install easier but I cant seem to get it out. I removed all the bolts but it still wont come out.

3rd the inner rear turbo mounting stud that comes off the exhaust manafold is too long and cant fit a nut in there so I siliconed it to the turbo flange.

4th i connected the oil return tube and foght for 40 minutes trying to mount the turbo back on the truck. The wastegate rubber line got damaged so I cut off the damaged part and put a hose clamp on it.

Would it just be easier to pull the exhaust manafold and mount the turbo on my work bench and then install everything back on the engine. I'm doing this all alone since my friends suck....

Thanks for the help.
