New Auto tranny, new LOUD noise at 1000 Rpm or lower!

New Auto tranny, new LOUD noise at 1000 Rpm or lower!

Installed new freshly overhauled 47rh w/billet input shaft, triple disk converter, and new billet flex-plate. Now my 12v sounds alot louder at 1000 RPM and below. After the r's climb the noise dissapears and it sounds normal. Is this normal with a new flexplate? Or is it my new tranny? It doesn't matter if the tranny is in gear or not.
