no start

I just got through doing some work on my truck... oil change,serpentine belt,air filter, and I cleaned the battery terminals...NOW it wont start... I did have the hood open with the light on for 5 hours and the radio.... now even if I jump it off it will turn over but wont fire......What did I screw up???? Is ther some way I could have screwed up the computer??? Going out to buy new Batterrys now...
