electrical diagrams ???

Is there any electrical diagrams on site, looking for a ground wire BLK/ WHT that is suposedly by the lift pump.Where does this G107 go throught and to grd ? A mechanic said that it can cause the problems that I have been suffffffering with since I got the truck.!!!!!!Geeee it would soooooo nice to have some power .The hunt to fix this continues. Thanks...

99 24V 3500 4X4 QC 5 SPD silver pnp , Fedex vp-44 and 300 injectors bucks going down 10 % grade , 14" running boards, 24" wide mud flaps When I got the truck new. Steering WAY out of specs, Dynoed at 130RWHP (mech said that was about right) truck now @ 175 RWHP. 09,55 Topkick in driveway.
