engine block 53 replacement??

I don't dought that this is the wrong place to ask but I will have to go to work in a few days and girlfriend dislikes ( she knows she doesn't know enought about what I ask her to do) doing these things for me. Some time ago there was a mention of engine blocks on ebay. for 99 to replace a 53 block. I am such a ludite. Thanks.

99 24V 3500 4X4 QC 5 SPD silver pnp , Fedex vp-44 and 300 injectors bucks going down 10 % grade , 14" running boards, 24" wide mud flaps When I got the truck new. Steering WAY out of specs, Dynoed at 130RWHP (mech said that was about right) truck now @ 175 RWHP. 09,55 Topkick in driveway.
