Its Busted

Ok heres the long short. See mods below.

Got on the truck with both boxes on, ran great pulled great, lifted truck died. Pulled the VP wire for the PM3...it wasnt that. Engine just cranked and cranked. Got pulled home about a mile. When i was slowing to turn into the drive i let the clutch out in fourth and truck fired over. Had a rough idle like there was fuel puddled in the bowls. Revved and it cleared right up. Took it back out and it pulled good up to 2100, boggy from 2100-2800, then picked back up.

Just got on it again and when i lifted it sputtered to a stop. Now it will fire kinda(feels like its way to cold out type of idle) almost running on 1 cyl feel. No codes no nothing!!!!!

What could it be??
