Rockport, Corpus Christi, need shop

Check engine light has been coming on intermittantly. Seems to be after shutting dwn as it has come on twice now. First 2 weeks ago Toronto, and now yesterday in Rockport. Both times on on startup after having parked a heavy trailer. All gauges normal. Can anyone recommend a good shop in the area. Also could use a few other things.
