Need help in Calhoun, Ga

South bound on I-75, exit 317, MAJOR smoke, (white) one cylinder lost. Pressure into the valve cover, blew the vent hose off, puffs smoke out of the valve cover every time one cylinder tries to fire. Friend pulled fiver to a KOA @ exit 315, limped truck behind, smoking & missing.
