Clutch fade
I have a problem with my clutch. It seems to fade after pushing the pedal. I can push it in, get it into gear, and then with the pedal still all the way down, it starts to lurch forward, or backwards depending on gear. After that I have to pump the clutch to switch gears, or get it into neutral, to get this beast to stop. I almost backed into a Ice cream shop when this happened the first time. It was all that I could do to figure how to stop it. Just started slamming brakes on all the way, and pumping clutch till I could get it into neutral. I did a search on clutch fade and found nothing, and Master/Slave cylinder produced similar results as what I have, but these people couldn't pump their clutch back up. I just want to know what to look for and where to look for it.
Thanks
Stan
