3rd gen track bar install 911 ??

Got my 2001 2500 4x4 torn apart, doing the 3rd gen track bar upgrade. Shame on me for not checking first, but what head size in the steering gear frame mount bolt that is used to hold the new bracket on? Best I can tell is maybe 20 or 21 mm. Of course the biggest I have is 19mm

Cant find the info in my shop manual either. Can anyone help me out ASAP with this info so I can get my truck back together, I need it for work tomorrow.
