Cruise & HVAC directional door

Greetings all, I just recieved a call from Jim Noon TDR member,with a problem
Cruise and the directional door quit working so the only air that is coming out is through defroster vents.We think it is a floating grnd,all fuses and relays check-out. I am not at the site. Mike 6naline01
