So I'm on my way to work and hit the OD (Gearvendor) button and now all gears are nuetral. Tried 4wd and still no go. Had it towed home. Dropped the rear drive shaft and verified that the transfer case is locking up with the front when in 4wd and when in 2wd and nuetral I can spin the drive shaft but when in park I can't.
So I pretty sure it's not the OD or Transfer case, I didn't think it was but I was hoping it wasn't the transmission. I didn't really hear any noise above the stereo when it broke and didn't notice any slippage before. So I'm dead in the water with a dead tranny. Wanted to run this by you guys before I started pulling things apart in hopes of an easier solution (yeah, I know, have someone else do it). At this time I'm driving something else but would like to get her going, it's my only tow vehicle.
