Serious HELP needed

Two weeks ago I threw this:
1693(companion code) 1021(apps voltage does not agree with map).

I did a search and found that often when a VP dies it throws a 1021. Took it to local diesel shop and we found that fuel pressure was 1-2psi and vacuum under acceleration(

).

My 01 then received $2670. worth of VP injection pump and intank lift pump. It runs better and sounds better BUT TODAY check engine light came on.

Now I have a 1693(companion code) 1022(apps signal voltage
too low)

Is it possible to have a bad VP and a bad APPS.
Feedback Please!!
I NEED THE TRUCK FIXED RIGHT. I am at my wits end.
