shattered my pinion gear help!

where is the cheapest place to order a ring an pinion set? my truck takes dana m70 3.55 this is for the rear. is a dana 70 3.54 the same thing? this is what i have been finding online. dealer wants 860.00 but some online shops has them for 200.00 to 250.00. i dont care about the quality cause im gettin rid of the truck
