Problems after VP 44 change

My truck died going up a hill, and would not re start. It was towed and I contacted a friend to look at it. I called Geno's and had them send me a BigLine Relocation kit and I picked up a new lift pump.

No codes showed up, so we replaced the pump and installed the kit. After priming the system, still no start. We checked for codes and found the DEATH CODE! Long story short, VP 44 has been replaced, and when we tried to prime the system, LIFT PUMP did not work! My friend check all fuses and relays that he knew of, still nothing.

I've been borrowing cars to get to work, and I'm loosing friends fast doing this. haha

Any ideas on what to look at?? THANKS IN ADVANCE, Scott
