Caliper adaptor bracket bolt torque

Doing front brakes on my truck (the one in the signature) shop manual shows two torque values for the 16mm 12pt caliper adaptor bracket bolts (the ones that hold the adaptor bracket to the knuckle, not the Torx head ones for the calipers).

One value is for LD (light duty?) at 130ft/lbs.
The other is for HD (heavy duty?) and is 210ft/lbs.

Thats quite a big spread so I thought I would ask so I dont snap a bolt and really mess up next the week for me.

I assume that the LD is for the 1500 trucks, but manual doesnt say that ( at least where I can find) and the HD is for 2500/3500.

Can anyone help me out with this??

ALso I had heard that the adaptor bracket bolts are a PITA to get out the first time. I have sprayed them down with PB Blaster already, is there thread locker on them. Do they have to be heated? I have a 2foot breaker with a 2 foot cheater for just under 4 feet of working leverage. Think this is too much, not enough, or just right??? LOL

Thanks in advance,
J-
