Stuck in North Platte...lots of codes

I think I have an injector not firing.

Codes...
2149
0304
0303
0300
0234
0204

I have a more detailed post on the third gen engine/trans board.

I had 2149, 0204 and 0234 two weeks ago but it cleared up and ran great. i had it to dealer, they did other work first, not the codes.

No fuel in the oil.

Thanks for any advice...I didn't want to spend Christmas here...
