1500 RPM and lots of smoke

I replaced my VP on the 17th After replacing the APPS in November. After the R&R of VP the MIL light would not go off and the codes 121,122,216 were still showing on code check in trip meter. Drove 250 city/hiway miles this week with no problems except a flat spot just above idle during acceleration. Today I start it and it's missing out and if you try to idle it above 1200 it misses and smokes (white/blue). Not enough power to even start off in low gear. I posted my MIL problem last monday and haven't had time to have an OBD-II scan done. Any ideas???? I'm down and need to get going.
