2002 with lots of codes

where do I start? codes with the key are 0117 0579 0178 0295 0123 0606, it was running good. Had an issue running down the highway and as i let off the pedal it kept going, I noticed cruise control was on. i never use it in the winter, I thought I had just bumped it and it came on. ran fine the rest of the trip. On my way to work this morning I felt a surge, thought it was the road, but it kept happening, at the same time the water in fuel comes on still surging and loosing power also my cruise control light is flickering and now the check engine light. I pull over and dump fuel out of the water seperator that didnt help. I limped it home and it is really gutless no power. changed fuel filter and tried it agian and the power is getting worse. I had my vp changed at 60000 I am at 98000 now. Need the truck for work and it looks like I wont be going tomorrow. the truck is a 2002 6 speed also at idle the rpm surge up
