'01 Truck P0121 P0606 and no Throttle

I've got a 2001 Dodge 3/4 Ton 4X4 Automatic Truck that I'm having some problems with... I'll try to lay this out as best I can, and start with the history, what I've done, and then ask for suggestions. I apologize for the length of the post, just trying to be thorough. So, the state of the truck : It's got DD3's, HX40, Edge Comp Drag box, and enough parts in the tranny to hold that amount of power. Currently it has no throttle response, and P0121 and occasional P0606 codes.

Last year about this time, the throttle started getting a little weird, it would sortof blip itself, as I was driving along... nothing to bad, just a hundred, maybe two hundred RPM. After a week or two of this, and me snooping around to see what I could find, it got to where it would be a lot more than a blip on the throttle and it'd run away (rev itself quite a ways up) to where it was undriveable. It was throwing about 8 codes at a time after a start up when it'd do this. I don't remember specifics, but it was a wide range of codes, 2 being issues with the APPS, so thinking that might be the issue, I bought one (not cheap), which did absolutely nothing to help. I'm ashamed to say, I eventually gave up and got mad and took it to the dealer where they replaced the Positive Battery lead between the aux and main battery, then no surprise to me, they had to replace the ECM on it, which they actually did under the engine warranty.

The reason I told the above, is because here it is winter again, and the truck is right back where it was a year ago. It went right past the blip the throttle stage to the RPM's run away stage, then it drops to an idle after only throwing a P0121 code this time. That code is complaining about APPS voltage... again, replaced the APPS (I know, should have learned, but there was only 1 code this time ). No change after new APPS other than occasionally after startup now it'll throw a P0606 (ECM failure code). I probed the APPS sensor wires to see if the ECM really was getting a dirty signal, nope, it's on the money, no fluctuations in the 5V line, signal line, or ground. And yes, I've done the APPS reset procedure to make sure it sees the new sensor / voltage correctly.

Any ideas / recommendations on something else to check to help me keep it out of the Dealers hands? Anyone think it's the ECM fried again? - If so, what would cook an ECM again? Is it somehow related to winter? cold? moisture? Here's one more random interesting thought - I pulled the oil pres. sending unit connector (it shares ground with APPS idle validation), and the truck threw a P0122 (different APPS code again) - but nothing about the Oil Pres. Sending Unit. All other sensors that share a ground with the APPS Idle Validation switches threw codes for those sensors when key was turned on.

Any help, ideas or thoughts are greatly appreciated as this is my last resort before towing it to the dealer. Thanks in advance!
