05 to 01 flywheel compatibility! HELP ASAP!

I'm in the middle of putting a new clutch in my 2001 6pd HO truck... Flywheel is glazed pretty bad due to a factory slipping clutch etc.
I have a freshly resurfaced 2005 6spd flywheel from a 5.9/nv5600 truck on the bench. Other than it being ~20lbs. lighter (thinner in the middle section) all the dimensions are in spec. Does anyone know of any issues that might arise other than the obvious - lighter rotating mass...
