Wyoming help ?

We've got a fellow bomber Dan Robinson in need of some installation help on a vp44. He's on a hunting trip & presently in Baggs Wyoming. Says the closest sizeable town is Rawlins. He's 80 or so miles (I think) from a Cummins dealer who refuses to do the job because of his bombs. Turbo, sticks & comp. I find that hard to believe, but that's what they are telling him. Anyone know of anyone that can/could be of assistance ? If so, please shoot me a call @ 866.211.1533 & I can relay his # & or info. TIA, Rip
