fass install trouble 99 24 valve 3500.

purchased a fass 95/95 -1008 instalation going good untill injection pump hook up. the o-ring fitting does not match my pump mine is a banjo fitting. there are two of them one goes to a short hose then to the stock filter. the other goes to steel line that runs along side block then goes to the back the return line i believe. can i just hook the new fuel line in where the short hose is now or is that to simple? thanks
