24v lp woes

last week my lp died (so i thought) so i decided nows a time for upgrade. so i bought a holley black and mounted to the frame and ran all new fuel line straight to new filter-today. after install i thought now its gonna run like a rapped ape- not the case. i noticed that im not getting any power to the lp wires!! so i bench tested the lp and it works. so y in the hell im i not gettin power to it. the relay is fine. so i bypassed it and just ran the wires so the pump would work. still no fire. codes-pcu-1693 ecu-0230 will the truck run if i dont use the oem lp wire connections??? my truck is down, i need help!!!!!!!!!
