Help Knocking/clicking noise VIDEO

I have had this engine out twice i replaced both the rod bearings and main bearings. everything was really tight and in spec. valve lash is .010" intake. and .020" exhaust. pistons are in great shape, cylinders still have a cross hatch. This is a 2001 engine with 140k miles with 5 speed. Has anyone ever had a noise like this?? you can hear it clicking when you crank it before the truck starts.
