1000 Miles From Home With Trans Problems!

I have an 04.5 with an MV5600. 1000 miles from home on my way to get a load. Trans seems to be getting louder. The fluid is plus one quart. Does anybody know how long I have before the trans goes. The truck 83,000 miles. I have 1500 miles left on this trip, 1250 with the load. Would you get the load or head home?

04.5 Dodge 1ton dully
93 Dodge 3/4 ton
