truck wont start
am working on a 92 w250 the wiring harnes for the engine shorted out and some the of the wires melted and became a molten mass of wire and plastic i spliced the wires and it started but wouldnt charge so had the alternator tested and its working fine putting out 15 volts . i put the alternator back on and the truck wont start checked all the fusible links for continuity with my tester and they are fine . all the grounds are fine . could the pcm be fried does it have anything to with the starting system as far as the starter goes? i realy need to get this giong nobody is helping in the first gen forum so i thought i would post here . i have unpluged the big conector at the key switch and there is no power to any of the pins on it . i have power to the start relay but no power is getting to the cab it dosent seem like
