Fuses

Which fuse do I pull to disable the fuel pump or starter?

Some punk was in my truck within the last few hours and tried to take my stereo (don't know why just a cheap aftermarket cd player) and they may be after more! (I really doubt it but...) Hey if they weren't smart enough to take the panel cover off I don't think they could steal it. No obvious damage other than they broke my vent. I know I locked the door, so what? slim jim?
