Help, Major emergency!!!

Help, I just changed my fuel filter and found out my lift pump is dead and the VP-44 has been sucking the fuel all the time. Well its Saturday so no D/C parts departments are open, no local stores have lift pumps, and I NEED my truck to get to work on Monday. Is there any way to get my truck to run again without buying a new lift pump?
