exhuast manifold blues

Need advice....Driving to work this morning (6 miles @ 45 mph) the truck seemed to lose power and had a wierd odor. Once at work I popped the hood and noticed the entire exhuast manifold is blue. Coolant temp was holding at 185, oil pressure was fine, charge air hose are tight. Truck is a stock except for K&N in stock air box and lost silencer ring...2002 quad cab 4x4 auto with 3.54s, no guages yet, 15000 ml.

What should I look at? What could have caused this? any advice appreciated.
