Tranny is dead

Just lost reverse gear today, no warning or noises...doesn't make the normal {engine load sound} of being in gear. 1995 Auto,with B-D converter/valve body inside.....i'm worried it's about to lose the rest of the gears soon....can anybody help me out?it would be greatly appreciated....tranny has 207,000 miles on it maybe the band broke, not sure...i need to get to work monday
