Rear Axle Seals **Please Help**

I Need everyones Help.
Just took my truck in for oil change.
I was then told my rear seals were leaking, both sides.
This is a problem because this will be the 5 or 6 time they have been done.
What I need is anyone that has had rear seals done Dana 70 or Dana 80 to let me know.
I am looking for
year of truck ?
miles on truck at times of repair ?
number of times repaired ?
If you have work orders and can email that would be great.
