Engine Rear Oil Seal on first generation truck

Hello yall. I have a problem with the rear oil seal on the engine. I have the transmission removed, but need detailed instructions on how the heck to put this friggin' seal in! Truck is '92 model auto and is very much needed, so any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
