Need help on engine temps!!!!!!!!!!!

Well talked to a different Crysler dealer today on info from the tech line but typically none Had changed injector pump the other week and the Cummins place wouldn't redyno it for fear of scuffing the engine When they dynoed it the engine was 225*f thermastat was 167*f and rad was 114 *f top and 87*f on the bottom. Does this sound like the engine is working too hard ??? They didn't say this before they started !!! Soooooooo need help on Max EGT for how long can one run it at??? How hot can the rad get in*f before one has to worry??? How much heat can the rad dissapate??? Crysler tech line is of no help. I get no help from them at all What temperature sticks should I use to tell the EGT.
