HEELLLP - not going over 1100 RPM stuck in VA

Hi -

My name is Shona - my husband is stuck 400 miles away and we are having trouble with our truck.... We have a Dodge 2500 TD and are currently having trouble running over 1100 RPM's. It sputters at 1100 but at idle it is fine. Currently hawling 7000 lb gooseneck.

Currently putsing to a truck stop -

Could you help with any ideas?????
