!!Help with Dealer & Fuel Pump!!

My lift pump & vp44 are on their last leg and the Dealer has confirmed this also. I have 48,586 miles on the truck and this is still covered under the warranty, BUT the dealer states that my warranty is voided because I have a Turbo Temp Monitor on the truck. For everyones information the only bombs on my truck are as follows: Turbo temp monitor with pyro gauge, boost & fuel pressure gauge, 4 inch exhaust turbo back, and a BHAF. Those are the only modifications to the truck. The Turbo Temp Monitor has nothing to do with the lift pump, it is only on the truck to help prolong the life of the turbo and keep the turbo from coking. Any suggestions with this matter would be appreciated as I feel I have done nothing wrong to void the warranty on the fuel system.
