Need electronics engineer please!

Have had an new ECM put in a while ago and the engine is bucking alllllllll the time. It is as if the fuel advancment solonid doesn't have the voltage to hold it open. Please Please Please someone help me unofficially I don't care or need to hire somone for their info have the scope readings for them to read.Iam convinced that that is what it is but won't put on an APP's unless have definite answers. For I have spent over $10,000 in this last year alone to fix this. I shall be phoning Europe very soon on this to get some answers .For this is !@#$%^&*()(
