Steering all fugged up

Went down to the river bottoms today to check out our waterfowl spots..While down there i noticed my steering was acting funny it'll turn fine to the left "driver" but when you turn right "pass" it seems to hit a dead spot then you have to use alot more arm power to get it past this point then it's fine till the way back.I noticed my steering box was leaking like a detroit at this time also "wasnt leaking yesterday when i changed my oil.And yes when you fill the fluid back up it still does this..Any help would be great....
